The students were at risk of disengagement from education and behavioural issues that could impact their education.

The Outcome:

  • 83% of students reported feeling more confident.

  • 72% of students felt they would achieve their personal goals.

  • 72% of students reported learning new skills from taking part in the programme.

  • 56% of students felt they were able to manage difficult situations.

  • 61% of students believed they would achieve their desired grades.

  • 67% of students reported building positive relationships with their peers.

  • 56% of students felt they could manage their own behaviour.

  • Parents highlighted positive changes in their children, including increased reflection, calmness, and a better ability to take constructive criticism.

  • Students gained valuable skills, including improved focus, communication, and confidence.

Services Used:

  • One-to-One Mentoring: Providing tailored support for individual growth.

  • Group Sessions: Facilitating discussions on self-improvement and building confidence.

“I just wanted to feedback that I have had so many positive comments about your support from both adults and the children. The work with our students has had real impact, your support has helped them make consistent and positive choices. Thank you so much!”
