Leadership Programmes

We support grassroots youth and community organisations with workforce upskilling training, reinforcing the importance of sports engagement and mentoring whilst supporting transitional phases for young people & adolescents.

The Workforce Upskilling Programme

Accredited by City & Guilds and supported by the Mayor of London through the Future Ready Initiative, the Workforce Upskilling Programme empowers grassroots organisation with the knowledge and skills required to enhance their mentoring practice. It supports young people successfully during their transition from primary to secondary school, and promotes their overall well-being through a collaborative offer of sports, physical activity, and mentoring.

By amalgamating these concepts, we share our methodology of effectively supporting and nurturing young people towards better life outcomes. We give further grounding to our methods by sharing key youth work principles, trauma informed practices and using informal education (conversation based) as the driver for change.
